‘Reflections’ is a collaborative whisky created by The Lakes Distillery for Simon Rogan’s restaurant group, UMBEL. We created a documentary and shorter social cutdowns to launch the whisky and recognise 20 years of Rogan’s three Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Enclume.

Filming took place across the Lake District, capturing key locations including L’Enclume, the test kitchen Aulis, Henrock at Linthwaite House, and ‘Our Farm’ - the source of much of the group’s produce.

The documentary combines interviews with leading figures from across the business with evocative footage of dishes, drinks, and the breathtaking landscapes of the Lakes.
